2010 Jacksonville Physical Therapy
The Mulligan Concept Teacher's Association is a group of physical therapy teachers of
manipulative/manual therapy who are accredited to teach the Mulligan concept.  These teachers are
trained in manipulative/manual therapy up to a standard set by International Federation of Orthopaedic
Manipulative Physical Therapists (e.g. Graduate Diploma in Advanced Manipulative Therapy, etc.)

Their goals are:
  •  To ensure teachers and teaching are of a high caliber.
  •  To promote research into Mulligan Concept techniques.
  •  To teach the concepts to other physiotherapists worldwide.
  •  To accredit International teachers in the Mulligan Concept.

The North American region of the
Mulligan Concept Teacher's Association is a recognized section
of the international MCTA organization. It is comprised of accredited teachers who work collaboratively to
provide high quality courses in the U.S. and Canada.  The members are: Amy Bennett, Pat Black, Rick
Crowell, Brian Folk, Frank Gargano, David Mikos, Jim Millard, Jack Miller, Julie Paolino, Shelly Quirk, Don
Reordan (Regional Manager) and Russell Woodman.
